Thin Line Studio sells small, independently-made digital products — planner and template downloads for e-ink devices. This page covers what's true across everything we sell. If we ever launch a standalone app, that product will have its own addendum page with details specific to how it works, linked from here.
Every product currently on thinlinestudio.com is a digital download — a template file (PDF or PNG) delivered instantly on purchase, meant to be opened in your e-ink device's own annotation app. These files don't collect any data themselves; this page is all that applies to them.
All purchases go through Payhip or Gumroad, our sales platforms. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely under each platform's own security and privacy standards. We receive only what's needed to fulfill your order, typically your name, email, and purchase confirmation.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use thinlinestudio.com — things like which pages are viewed, approximate location (derived from IP), device and browser type, and referring site. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies this sets and how to opt out.
Thin Line Studio is hosted by CF Professional Services. Like virtually any website, our host's infrastructure may log basic technical information — such as IP address and request timestamps — as part of normal server operation. We don't access or use these logs beyond keeping the site running.
