These terms are written in plain English on purpose — Thin Line Studio is a small, independently-run shop, not a large company with a legal department. By purchasing or downloading anything from thinlinestudio.com, you're agreeing to the points below.
Thin Line Studio sells digital planner and template downloads — PDF and/or PNG files designed for e-ink devices (reMarkable, Supernote, Kindle Scribe, iPad, and similar). Each product page lists the exact file format and device compatibility before you buy. These are static files, not software or subscriptions.
Purchases are made through Payhip or Gumroad, and their own terms govern the transaction itself — payment processing, receipts, chargebacks. Files are delivered instantly after checkout as a download link; there's nothing shipped and no waiting.
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. That said, if something's gone wrong on our end — a corrupted file, the wrong product, a technical issue — email thinlinestudioshop@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost the files themselves — as a free download, a paid product, or part of a bundle — whether modified or not. Each purchase is for one person's use; please don't share your download with others who haven't purchased it themselves. If you'd like to use a template in a commercial or classroom setting, email us — we're happy to talk it through.
Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape or bulk-download the catalog, or misuse the checkout process in bad faith. Feedback, bug reports, and questions about a file are always welcome.
Our templates are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a file. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If you're purchasing from elsewhere, your local consumer protection laws may also apply.
